British Figurative Tempera Painting, Marian N. Fowler, “Model Resting”, Late 1960s–Early 1970s

Marian N. Fowler (British, active mid-20th century). A signed tempera study titled Model Resting, depicting a seated nude figure reclining on a bed, painted with loose, expressive brushwork and a restrained pastel palette.
