What does it cost to sell?
Vendor commission is 20% + VAT, plus a £2 lotting fee that is charged only if the lot sells. There are no registration fees.
Is there a minimum value?
We ask for a minimum lot estimate of £20+. Lower-value items are often grouped into mixed lots.
When will I be paid?
Vendors are paid within 45 days (target ~21 days) following a successful sale.
Do you offer transport?
Yes — transport is £60/hr (£50 + VAT), minimum £30 (£25 + VAT). We can collect larger consignments across the Medway towns and wider Kent.
How do I get a valuation?
Free auction appraisals are given when you bring or send items in. Formal insurance and probate valuations are charged at £96/hr (£80 + VAT).
